It seems the way treated you was very bad but they should have tried to resolve the issue in a more proactive manner after you opened this scam accusation against them. I am still not sure why they are convinced you had multiple accounts even after you explained the situation to them and you countered their claims about the use of same IP address with the account of your brother when he visited your home.
This entire story has been going for too long.
I got response how my complaint has been filed, but no response after that. Don't use this platform, if they are willing to scam me for 0.08 BTC, they are willing to scam you for much more money.
Hope this is lesson for you all that no matter if you account is verified, they can still lock your funds and say that you just violated their terms about some lame excuse without any proof.
