Giveaways are not allowed on bitcointalks, but they are allowed on twitter. What if we do the following.
Someone with a nice bag of coins hold a lottery. He give away 0.25BTC for all people that vote on grumpy 100 times, so that will cost the voter 0.005BTC and he can choice a number and if the lottery hit this number then he will receive those 0.25BTC or you can do it with x number of grumpy coins. This means that you can maybe add 10,000 votes or more (when 100 people pay 0.005BTC) and the voter can even win money with it.
