I am not sure if he is talking about Blockchain.com or Blockchain.info 
Both are same. It was blockchain.info earlier which now have turned into blockchain.com. Blockchain.com was owned by some other guy who sold it to blockchain.info Again you are wrong. I haven't used the wallet but that's what I got from a google search.
