I'm not sure about the whitepaper, I purchased BET tokens from Binance .org and now I'm getting free dividends all the time.  Its really cool.  After you buy them you send them to your Earnbet account and that's it job done.  I go to EarnBet .io and collect free dividends now everyday.  I've already withdrawn some free dividends.  So I've checked that side out as well.  All works perfectly
