Data is written to the blockchain automatically, users only give requests for the creation and recording of this data. The chain itself is stored on the computers of all users at the same time, it is automatically updated and verified with other copies in order to prevent errors and hacks. Blockchain is a special database that provides the most reliable storage of information.
