Based on my experience, as I started gambling, I tried to understand first the advantage and disadvantage of gambling so that I will know if I will try it or not. But as long as I understand how gambling works, I started to try some games like roulette, dice, and even sports betting. I experienced a lot of ups and downs during my gambling career and I'm not having any improvement or any income. The money that I've spent is just circulating in the casino, It's just a cycle. It's very hard to play if you're luck enough or not so you will just lose all you money and you have nothing to do but to go home feeling stressed. Gambling addiction can affect a lot of aspects, socially, mentally, physically and financially. For me, it is not that hard to overcome addiction because from the start, I tried to control myself so I'm prepared and ready when things go wrong. Treatment centers are not required if you are mindful of your doings and if you're wise enough.
