In my personal opinion one should not consume those medicines without medical advice as we do not know if it could backfire on the person as each one has a different medical history. Furthermore we can bother about who started it later right now all we need to do is sit in home tight and avoid going out, and let’s hope come May 1st this social distancing rules end for good.
