Do you think this deal will be positive for the crypto? Don't you think 400 Million is too much for the CMC?
There is nothing positive coming out of this deal for Crypto, in general, and I believe 400 Mill Dollar is a bit too much for CMC. But who knows what CZ has got in his mind. This guy is definitely a genius and he knows what he doing. Binance is just evolving to be the Amazon of the Crypto Space, the final go-to place.
I thought my view on the valuation of the website was bias. All they do was analyse the market and list coins and exchanges. Binance is taking the market with this acquisition and consider such holding as excessive and greedy. They have always tried to determine the state of the market for the past 2 years and this will proceed to more manipulation of the space and distrust of every information that comes out of the website. A revelation of a silent take over after a year would have been better.
