I guess most coin holders already gave up on this. But who knows, they might rise from being dead once this pandemic is over?
What does it mean to rise? Listing on the exchange? I do not think so. They will still continue to wait until market conditions improve and do not know when it will happen.
It is very simple to do nothing just to wait a good market conditions. They do not inform token holders about project development.
