    As the next step, take the last two characters of your SHA512 hash and convert them from Hexadecimal to Decimal.
    If this number has 3 digits and is less than 200, use modulo 100 to get a number between 0-99.
    If the generated Decimal value is 200 or higher, repeat the last step with the next 2 characters of your SHA512-hash from right to left.
    Continue until a number between 0-99 is generated.
