I want to believe this. I really do but if this combination is really effective against covid... why are so many still dying? I don't think there is shortage of these old drugs.

There are few possibilities:

1) It doesn't work.

2) Doctors don't know it or they are too stupid.

3) Doctors are killing people knowingly by now using them. (Big pharma conspiracy)
