Looks like the Team of Exscudo completely stopped its activitys..... 
This one is still updating its social media but i don't know what makes the developer rarely try to join in the conversation on bitcointalk. https://twitter.com/ex_scudo You can use that link to visit excudo's site and you can see what was happening with this project. Im not even having a good feeling with this one and be careful with this project. You must talk it directly to the chat group.
If they team will constantly post an update here, this thread will be more valuable than seeing post here about complains or speculation that the project might be dead already. they raised money here, they have the responsibility to tell people what's going on to the project in this platform.
