Because when I put it on the public noticeboard it was public. I did that because I decentralised my whole life. This is why I leave my clothes all over the house instead of in the cupboard. But now I don't have the cupboard because the thieves took it and Uncle Peter's eyebrows are getting even worse. You should see them they are truly a sight to behold.
