My nephew has recently been expressing interest in knowing more about how the financial markets really work. It's nice to see him thinking for himself and expressing scepticism about the system. But I don't have much time at the moment to sit down with him and explain the corrupt relationship between the Fed, banking system, govts, QE, etc. etc. Any recommendations for something which I can direct him to which explains this all for a bright teenager who is already suitably cynical of mainstream media?

Maybe try The Creature from Jekyll Island? I have not read it (yet) but see it recommended enough to give it a shot.

Griffin's book is good, but best if one already has an understanding of the nature of the system we live under. Plus, it's been out of print for some time - may be hard to find a copy (?)

An afternoon watching Mike Maloney's videos on YouTube would be a great intro.
