As you may know, casinos all over the United States and the world have begun closing their doors to slow down the spread of the Coronavirus. While this has taken a financial toll on casinos, cafes, restaurants and hotels, etc, it has put the kibosh on problem gambling or at least made a serious dent in the lives of hopeless gambling addicts.
What will most gambling addicts do when they can no longer gamble at casinos, and what do you think they'll do when the casinos reopen in several months from now? Will most of them be finally cured of their gambling addiction, or will most of them return to their old ways?
They'll find alternatives, may be playing it online would be the best option for 'em 'cause that is the only choice they have been left on. Or if they have friends close by and are gambling as well may be they could do it on their own, the thing is that everybody hasn't kind of situation like that. Anyway, if casinos be able to reopen again, then for sure they would go back at it right away. Would they be cured of being prevented to gamble, for now? I don't think so, but may be there were people who finally got themselves be cured but I kinda think that is a rare circumstances.
Finding alternatives such as playing online is possible since there are a lot of online gambling sites nowadays that they can choose with, but I doubt that they will conduct their own gambling together with their friends since some might have difficulty to spend their money since the priority right now is to their money to support their needs in this crisis or might not actually participate.
