well, nice job, but why do you use windows based application? since bot should run 24x7, it's much cheaper to run on some cloud-based LAMP VM for $4 as php application.
If you want Moonbot to work 24x7 you can put it on remote Vultr server or Amazon.
On Vultr rates are 5 (10) dollars, and on Amazon they are free of charge
