Discord isn't a support platform. It is a place to hang out for our community and we do not give support through there. We have secure email support as well as live chat available which is the better option to help promote the safety of our community.

I am not on the tech side but it might have to do with the overall change to the platform and the way things work in relation to it. Now it isn't just staking and masternodes, there is also the smart contracts and possibility for dApps (among other things) so this may have something to do with the change.

EDIT: It's a UI feature that just hasn't been developed.
