Well, i'm not in the US. I'm in a country with one of the best healthcare systems on earth. And we're very short on ICU's here already.
You can have a million ventilators, if you don't have the tech and staff to operate them, you're fucked. Don't care, at least General Motors will be fine.

He's pushing down, cups the other hand, sanitizes em. Lever contaminated.
The next one comes, pushes down with the elbow, sanitizes his hands....
