Well if he is about to sanitizer his hands then it doesn't matter does it?
The next person would do the same too.
Only problem I see is if he were to push the plunger then immediately touch his face before washing his hand with the sanitizer in the other hand.
Or maybe Im being too simplistic here?
Creating any transfer point is a big nono, especially from the supposed experts. It's just really bad practices.
Also how many people are really counting to 20 while scrubbing?
If it becomes a transfer point then what happens to the people that use it after the thing runs dry?
