I still don't get it. I would assume that everyone touching that "transfer spot" would inmediately rub/clean their hands with alcohol gel afterwards. What am I missing here?

I would absolutely not push it with my elbow, considering I won't be able to inmediately clean that part with alcohol gel.

I am sure there's must be something that I am missing, but I really don't see it.
