I wasn't at first; I must have caught it from khaled0111. That confirms it; theymos apparently thinks it's funny to joke about a disease outbreak that (by my guesstimate) will probably directly kill at least a million people and sicken tens or hundreds of millions, and indirectly kill or sicken millions more who have unrelated illnesses that will be left untreated due to medical facilities being overloaded. Many if not most of the survivors will personally know someone who was affected, some will know the pain of losing a loved one and not be allowed to hold a proper funeral due to quarantines, and all will face a grim future filled with new social, economic, and political problems. I'm not entirely sure what's so funny about that, but I guess that's why I'm not a comedian.
