in my country probably use fiat money because the cryptocurrency are not yet totally implemented,but some of the digital currency are already operating. At this time of pandemic we know that the fiat currency could be risky to use because it might contain virus that could kill us. In the other way cryptocurrency could be use easily at any time and we could make a transaction at any moment anywhere around the world. I think in the future cryptocurrency is going to be the one to use just like what we are experiencing today.
