I suggest you open a thread in this board, Scam Accusations. That is the proper board, instead of derailing their thread here.

Just be sure to follow the format when you open the thread. One advantage is that many users, who have experienced or have seen this kind of accusations can give their thoughts and to weigh-in all evidences.

I'm not taking sides here, but it looks like you have a weak case. You admitted that "Violating rules of a game is not an illegal activity", which to me is very shady to begin with.
