Because an email we sent you bounced back as undeliverable. Check you didn't exceed your storage limit or something and then contact your email provider to ask them why they bounced it.
As any member won any prize from lottery then system sent him an email about this so hopefully he already claimed this prize and enjoying and TheQuin is not admin he is only for freebitco.in PR and only admin can access to all accounts so he cannot check this all whats going on as its really good for members.
No, I don't do PR that's someone else. I manage all day to day running of the site and I already posted that the winner's account hasn't been used for over 2 years and they got the ticket from 1 free roll by a referral. We send the winners an email to tell them they won so one day they may come back for it. The longer that takes the more interest they will earn.
