In whitepaper I see that it was planned from October 2019 until March 2020, but we are now in month of April

Wow. That seems to have been missed last month and I see the team not answering anything here about the question that became a big question mark. But maybe this is extended for how many months ahead.
Sorry for the delay, NDEX was indeed planned for March but corona virus hit us hard so we suffered a little delay, on April a beta is scheduled
