No rebuys, thats correct. Details on the tournament structure can be found when you open any of these on SwC.
So does this means that we need to pay 0.0012 for each of the tournament ? Or is it 0.0012 for all the tournament? I dont really quite get it there.
Also if it is the latest then does that mean we dont need to join all the tournament if our point is high enough for the main event?

0.0012 BTC per tournament it is.
Yes, there is no minimum number of tournaments you need to enter - if you earn enough points, you qualify for the main event, no matter what.
