A small suggestion from my side: If you want the Bitcointalk community to take your project seriously hire one of the reputable Bounty-Managers. There are many people here in the forum offering their services cheap, but you almost everytime get what you pay for. A cheap payment often goes with a pretty bad managment and a lack of skills and responsibilty.

If you want your project to become successfull, you should work with the best people around. This also applies to the selection of the Bounty-Manager.

If you don't know who to choose, just check "Services"-Section again. Almost every reputable Bounty-Manager has a thread there. In addition to that one of the most reputable managers of the forum just posted in this thread  .
