Urban Dictionary are about attention whoring, not webcam stuff. Granted the word "underage" may shift that meaning somewhat, so perhaps "underage e-whore" could be changed to "online prostitute pimped by a 15 year old scammer" or "15-year old scammer pretending to be a prostitute", not sure which is more accurate.
