Only one which is bulletproof is to tell her that I am earning money and then give her cash. That's quite expensive for 8 tournaments  Shocked and would rather not use it.
At the current rate it is 65$ to play all 8 games for a chance to win (this is an average if you took 1st in all 8 games and the championship) 650-750$. What other excuse is there? You only need 1st in 1 to pay for all 8 games.
