There are several strategies to this, you can't just buy low because a project dipped in price.
You need to do more researches and also understand the trade charts.

it's also a good step before making a short trade. as we know that trading is a way to get quick profits but it is very risky for those who do not have basic knowledge or cannot observe crypto price movements. if someone only relies on basic techniques or is still a beginner it is better to start with small capital, coins have a price development, and are not greedy.

well you can be prepared by doing Daytrading or if fails then Hold for at least semi long term .

this is the problem if you are trading with limited Capital because everytime the trade fails all you do is to sell at loss when if you have enough capital then you have at least another chance of making it valuable by waiting for the recovery.
