Does someone know the policy and terms of service by Stake team? I am sure there are alternatives choices for the VPN banned gambling websites and some smart devs even check the IP on the VPN IP database for prohibiting the access of the gambling based region users.
Here's their
terms of service but nothing was mentioned regarding the use of a VPN. They don't seem to be that strict if you use a VPN or not because they even have a
guide on what VPN to choose. The only way their users would get caught is if KYC becomes a requirement.
That's right using the VPN is not an issue as I'm also used VPN some times maybe because of the country restrictions might have blocked accessing the site. If possible maybe he can try changing the country in the VPN which might help I think if it is a free VPN then changing country is not possible in most of the cases
