As far as I remember, Bitclave had raised about 25 million dollar in the ICO. I remember that time they planned to build a search engine and now a website is all they have created. They have completely forgotten the search engine that they had promised.

That is why regulation is badly needed in crypto as the scams here are very rampant.
Lots of people lose money in 2017 and they are discourage in investing in the market anymore, reason why altcoins are lagging behind in dominant rate against bitcoin because people only believe now on bitcoin, but this would not help crypto to grow in the long run as it's suppose to be bitcoin and altcoins joining together to make this a big market.
