I have a feeling Bruno probably already set things up so that this is taken care of in such an event, but it is hard to know unless he chimes in. If I was in his position I would put aside some instructions along with my will to make sure it is taken care of, but who knows.
He said he didn't have any relatives there, and he couldn't even see his family members last time (possibly because of the translation). The money is also being prepared for transporting him 
It's quite sad to discuss these issues, but it's really necessary
