Generally people with gambling addiction may face depression, migraine, distress, intestinal disorders, and other anxiety-related problems. As with other addictions, the consequences of gambling can lead to feelings of despondency and helplessness. This is a disease which opens gate for other diseases.

Also if you are too addictive sometimes you also forget your foods which is also can cause of health problem.
I admit I once forgot to take my meal because of playing, and it really sucks at the end of the day that we are not focusing on much more wealth which is our body. What did I do to get my meals on right time? I limit my gambling and I got an alarm clock, you can just search that on google and set it so you can never miss a meal again. Addiction can be stopped really, especially if you really want to.

Stress and dipression is the cause of too much lost you have for playing and using more of your money.
Well I don't blame some people who are venting their sadness or anxiety to anything that makes them comfortable, but if it is too much then you must stop it, otherwise you'll get stuck in a quicksand and hardly can get out of it. Having friends to talk to are way better than being alone.
