Scam project operated in various dimensions (either through the roadmap, faking volume/price listing or run away with investors money) and a token listed on an exchange site doesn't mean the token or coin is scam-free but in your situations, the things i think you need now that can prove you to be genuine project is to a smart contract audit (by company like ChainSecurity) and license which the forum can confirm if it absolutely truth

In the meantime, is there's somethng the project team can do in terms of changing the project name because it wont the project popular but make people believe this is totally scam. Mind you, it the main reason some people never trust the genuinely of this project in the first place.
