Actually he is not looking for a job the whole point of this thread is to get a link(SEO) from a high authority website to get rank on the SERP.
He is offering a blog post for free which is a common way to have backlinks from high authority sites free. It is called "guest posting" its common term on SEO and once it's publish it will help the website rank up on the SERP and increase traffic.
