If the project is legit and strong, why they just can directly submit their application to the exchanges where they want to be listed with? what is the proof that your asking price is lower than those exchanges?  Also, the list of "satisfied" clients, a lot of them are not doing good anymore and really not popular here. So if you are working with those exchanges regarding your commission, more than likely, most of them are just pump and dump ones, the reason why most of them are not active in trading anymore.
