Thanks to Lauda for informing me about this thread, the above users will be removed from the campaign with immediate effect. For users that'll be found innocent of this accusations, they'll given an opportunity to rejoin theire respective signature campaign with an additional benefit of retaining their previous spot for users in higher tiers.

Thanks to the OP for putting in time and effort into investigating these accounts. Unfortunately payment for the previous round has been process so the cheaters are quite lucky nevertheless they're all getting tagged by me for cheating a campaign I managed until proven innocent.
