Bitcoin is great investment in general, but high risk.
Best is relative, because you need to know what you investing in and how it works in general because if you want to invest in stock market, you should also know same thing, to know what you doing and if you making good decisions.
More interesting question for today is, is Bitcoin best investment in time of crisis? I would say yes, but people need toilet paper. It will be probably best value keeping asset there is whole world but mostly for whales.
