I am sure Max wouldn't have tanked, had it been on any exchange other than MCXNow. Having a trollbox on the exchange is death for something like Maxcoin. When the haters outweigh those who like the coin, you have no chance - after all, as Metallica once said 'an empty can rattles the most'.
Oh, I pulled my 800 Max out of MCXNow about 4 days ago, back into my wallet - it's not going to go back to the price I am willing to sell for, for a while, so I may as well keep them safely offline.
You did well, mcxnow is another a futur gox anyway, i mean, the ugly manipulation put aside, how can someone trust the "yellow" staff with his money?. They will slap the doors hard like Karpeles did. mcxnow already did it once, just a question of time now.

The trollbox is terrible there, the mods all constantly hate on maxcoin even though it has brought a massive amount of new users to the site. There just seems to be relentless dumping from miners now and the lopsided order book is very depressing to look at.
Perhaps a new maxcoin specific 'maxcoinexchange.com' is needed that Max Keiser was involved with or actively promoted. Mcxnow really is a timebomb waiting to go off. Being able to trade between maxcoin/silver/fiat from a known trusted source would be great. If there was a project on Startjoin for this and they accepted maxcoin I would throw 100 MAX at it.
