I do not know much about blockchain creations, but sending crypto currency tokens with mobile phone number for me is not good enough.
It is a centralized method of crypto currency, where the phone number issuer is in total control of funds amongst others.
It is a rather complicated situation for crypto currency.
Always ensure that in crypto currency, you are in charge of your wallet, either it is a mobile app wallet in (coinomi, trust or imtoken) or hardware wallets.
