I think Cartesi team should have come through IEO in February when Bitcoin price was 10K USD, and a strong hype about the Bitcoin having! Now Cartesi will have a rough time to raise money because after being affected by the COVID -19, the world won't invest in a new project easily! Right now, some projects are doing great but most of the projects are in hibernation mode, which is very normal! However, I wish good luck for the Cartesi project, but you guys should come up something interesting, I don't see anything new except the game!
The cartesi team has planned everything so what will IEO do later at the right time might become a cartesi waiting for halving to start IEO and now focus more on developing their own products so that they are more familiar with the community.
Whatever happens later after IEO is about to start, we will see how developments and which exchanges will be chosen.
When cartesi can create at least a good MVP and it can try to apply for the IEO on a good exchange site. As far as I know if binance will try to choose an IEO based on how good the prototype that has already made by the team. The reputation of the team matters a lot too. We will see that what will be the exchange that will become an IEO place for cartesi
