Because they are disabled for everybody. They were disabled at some point at the end of 2018 (see User stats are disabled? or unable to understand the stats), due to a DDoS attack, that led to @theymos disabling them.I havent found the reason why they were kept disabled thereon (whether the reason is due to a vulnerability, or they were left disabled due to performance).

Its not really an error. @hugeblack has indicated to you that the statistics on the profile were disabled deliberately, and have not been available for some years.
