Bitcointalk is not the only place to make an announcement and is not the last word in what happens in the world of DEREGULATED CRYPTOCURRENCY !!! What other locations on the internet are appropriate pre-release information sites to widely disseminate info about new coins?
I know of some fringe sites, but I want to know other sites that have somewhere near the reach/scale of bitcointalk.
