the two exchanges do not require a listing fee, the same rights as the tokenstore and forkdelta
They are promoting thier own exchange so i dont think they are still looking for listing since they have thier own.
Instead of listing it in other exchange they should make a promotion with thier exchange so developer can list thier coin in them and thats what they are doing by posting it in this section.
