Are any of you profit from arbitrage trading?
Sometimes.
But there is a problem went doing some arbitrage:
- The time's exchange process your withdrawal requested.
- Fee used by the exchange.
- Scan up the transaction and how much required the minimum confirmation transaction.
This factor can be a problem, sometimes the exchange process manually for the withdrawal activity and the fee transaction used by the exchange was pretty small make the transaction got a delay on the chain. Also, we have the last problem every exchange has a different timeframe scan up of the deposit activity and how much they need to require the minimum confirmation of a transaction. The longest confirmation transaction i've ever done is 400 confirmation for almost more than 6 days.
So make sure before doing any arbitrage u should aware of the exchange you gonna use for arbitrage.
That's the reason why you need to have a big initial investment if you really want to succeed in arbitrage trading. If you are planning to first execute trade in one exchange and then withdraw the profit to your wallet and the deposit that amount to another exchange to execute another trade - Your profits are gone. I have done arbitrage trading for a quite a long time during my initial trading days.
You need to first identify 4 exchanges through your research where you see most price disparity. If you have $2000 to start with then, first divide that $2000 in to Bitcoin and USDT. Then further deposit $250 worth of USDT and $250 worth of bitcoin in each exchanges. It will help you to simultaneously execute trades within each exchanges whenever you see an opportunity. That's how we need to execute the arbitrage trading and make profits.
