Why a new coin need fork the Monero blockchain?

And you need a full bitcoin node, a wallet with bitcoin to make transactions in the bitcoin blokchain for minning...
 
And the coin need the bitcoin ecosystem for work.

Too much dependenciesm, too much elaborate, and too much requisites for a new coin.

I see two posibilities, one monero holder wants to be richer or one random developer want your Monero/Bitcoin wallets.
