Depends on whom and which experts you are referring to about this kind of crypto bank. This sounds interesting, its my first time to here about this. I wonder if this crypto banking requires a license or not since we are supposedly entrusting our crypto funds if ever, thus  I am not aware of that thing but when it comes to Telegram bot, why not try making it possible?
