When I first read the title I thought this will be something worth to discuss here in altcoin section but Its probably another ponzi scheme or worse a phishing site. This is made from Russian, but no offense there, as many projects came from this country have been alleged to be a scam one.

Referrals is nice but when I often hear this word the first thing come to my mind is ponzi scheme pyramiding that let you invite and invite. Thats not gonna work here as users here are already knew how referral project destoryed them in the past.
