I found some higher rank members are applied for lower rank positions though they have not any open slots. If I accept the higher rank as the lower rank position I think it will not fair. If I accept the higher rank then I think high-rank members will be disrespected and lower rank members will be neglected. previously I did it because I did not find enough good participants for lower rank. Anyway, Thanks all who replied hope we will work together in the near future.
